Anna Alaman – Founder and Director

Anna is a social entrepreneur who runs Open Eyes Project with passion, enthusiasm and commitment.

She has more than 15 years of experience working in international markets and has lived between India and Spain since 2011. Anna collaborates as a teacher in Ostelea Tourism (Barcelona) and runs the Open Eyes Project. She has studied under the Masters program in Responsible Tourism Management at the Leeds Beckett University in England.

Angela Manrique – Online Customer Service

Angela is your helping hand. She coordinates your travel arrangements.

Angela has more than 5 years of experience in customer service in the tourism industry. She says that working with the Open Eyes Project gives her the opportunity to do what she likes the most: travel sustainably and share her passion for India.

Nina Suriñach – Responsible for communication in Spain

Nina communicates about Open Eyes Projects across many channels.

After working in communications in different sectors, Nina discovered that she was more interested in focusing her work from a more social and sustainable perspective. She is currently studying her Phd in communications and sustainability. Nina firmly believes in the importance of communications to convey new values and changes.

Mrs. Naidu Lajwanti – Consultant in India

Naidu is an enthusiastic tourism consultant who helps Open Eyes Project to connect with India.

With more than 19 years in the industry, Naidu works to promote responsible tourism in India. She combines her work as a consultant in Open Eyes Project with teaching tourism at prestigious University of Delhi.

Ashish Kohli – Responsible for reservations

Ashish is “the king of logistics.” He has an innate talent for dealing with travellers.
Ashish always makes you feel at home. With more than 5 years of experience as head of operations for the Spanish market in India, he has become our Responsible Tourism Ambassador in the country.

Jagdish

Jagdish can explain the complete history of Hinduism, the Vedas, and Yoga. He is a graduate with more than 10 years of experience and a wellness specialist. Jagdish will be the first person to assume lotus position in our group Yoga classes.

Om

His name is one of the most sacred mantras in India, a pure and very special syllable. A graduate with more than 12 years of professional experience, Om is a great connoisseur of cultural travel and a true lover of his country. He is a sensitive and detailed guide, and makes a perfect companion to our groups.

Amit

Amit is Open Eyes guide voted to smile the most! Three years ago, he shared with Anna that his dream was to become a guide. Without previous knowledge of guiding, Amit studied and takes every opportunity to learn and fulfil his dream. He is the most cheerful guide you could meet.

Ankit

Ankit began his experience as a companion to Open Eyes. Although he is not working as a professional guide, he is excited to guide the Heart of Varanasi trip. Ankit integrates into the groups as a traveller as he loves the way we travel.
